RETURN POLICY & PURCHASE AGREEMENT
The Curvhance Return Policy may be amended at any time by the explicit discretion of Curvhance.com for any reason. You will be held to the policy at the time of your purchase.
Please make sure you understand our return policy thoroughly. Curvhance makes every effort to ensure that information that we provide is as accurate as possible, and actively work to ensure that our customers are educated and informed.

General Product Return Policy: Product must be returned in its original bottle and packaging. Butt and breast enhancement pills must be time-stamped and in the mail within 7 days of receiving purchase for a refund.
You must also provide us with a tracking number to confirm the orders is being sent to our address. Returned orders will incur a 20% restocking fee. Shipping expense will not be refunded.

Return shipping must be paid for by customer and we do not refund the original shipping expense. Customer must provide time-stamped before & after photographs (including your Curvhance bottle in the photos) and measurements during the period of taking the product.
We require one time-stamped photo for every 30 days of taking the product. Customer must also return all bottles with label intact and including lids. Any bottles that are not included will be deducted from any possible refund amount at retail rate.
In order for a return evaluation to be accepted and begin we must receive the following items within 60 days of most recent purchase or the last bottle used: Return Package Tracking Number (showing delivery confirmation), Empty product bottles with lids and label in-tact, one timestamped photo for every 30 days of use, description of journey in your own words.
If Customer was not charged for shipping at time of purchase, this charge will be deducted from the “Return” amount sent to customer.* Likewise, all refunds may be subject to up to a 20% return processing fee. This fee is at the discretion of the returns team. Each return is handled with the utmost care and voted on before being processed.
Order cancellation policy: To cancel an order that has been processed, written notice (by email) must be received within 24 hours of payment being processed.
We need a written cancellation notice by mail or email for documentation. Your cancellation email must include your order number and first and last name. All order cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of up to but not exceeding 15% to be decided by the Curvhance cancellations department.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. Please email email@example.com.
ALL Returns are subject to a return fee of up to 20% of item cost. This is handled at the discretion of the management team. Anything sent to us for return is fully reviewed and each return is given a full and fair evaluation.
Failed Shipping Orders: All orders that are returned as undeliverable or returned to us for any reason related to shipping, address issues, wrong address, and unaccepted orders will be charged to restock or re-ship.
There will be a 20% restocking fee. If we reship product we will charge shipping fee to customer.
If an order has been delivered to the wrong address, and the address was provided online by the customer, that order will not be refunded or re-shipped without paying a replacement fee. Replacement fees are calculated on a case-by-case basis.
Incorrect Address or shipping information: Please confirm all information on your sales receipt is accurate. Orders that have been found to have an error in the shipping address information will be held for 10 days in attempt to obtain proper shipping information.
If shipping information cannot be obtained within a 10 day period we will charge a 20% restocking fee. Customer will be entitled to a full refund minus the 20% re-stocking fee.
General Shipping information: Orders are shipped through USPS.
Order processing time is 3 business days. All orders will be shipped out within 3 business days of receiving payment confirmation.
If Customer was not charged for shipping at the original time of purchase, the charge of $3.00 (US customers) and $14.95 (International customers) per bottle will be deducted from the “Return” amount sent to customer.
We must be notified by email of your intent to return products prior to receiving them. Our return address will then be provided to you. Returns that are sent without properly notifying us will be rejected.
*If you choose to accept free product in an attempt to improve the effectiveness of Curvhance, your refund will be void and you will be waiving your right to a refund.
